On September 5th we celebrate International Charities Day. This day remembers charities around the world who work tirelessly to alleviate poverty and human suffering.

It is fitting on this day that we remember and pray for all those benefactors who give so generously to OLSH Overseas Aid. For the year ending December 2015 our generous benefactors contributed just over $700,000 to OLSH Overseas Aid. Below you will find some accounts by some sisters and how they use these funds to support projects that alleviate suffering and promote self-sufficiency with those they are privileged to live and work with.

Our benefactors through their generosity are partners with the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in alleviating the suffering of our brothers and sisters around the world.
